What happens when a product is faulty?

We will issue an exchange of the product, provided you contact us and return the product in its original state and package within 3 days of purchase.

We will endeavour to exchange within 2 weeks depending on the availability of materials.

How to report a faulty product?

Click on the report and complete the form. Report form: Name of Customer; Delivery address; telephone/ WhatsApp no; description of the fault on the product; product name.

Where the product is not available, the Customer may have to choose an alternate or a totally different product but of the same value as the faulty product.

Who pays for delivery in case of replacement of faulty product?

Herryline stands by the quality of its products and will pay for pick up and return of faulty items.

How do I pay for a product?

Pay by mobile money provided when you click on pay.

Do you do deliver?

Yes, we will deliver, but customer pays for delivery in addition to the cost of the product purchased.

What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery is contingent on availability, and the courier service chosen will determine the fee. The delivery fee must be paid directly to the courier.
